Class 3 • Criminal Mischief under $50
• Disruption of Class
• Use/Possession of Tobacco products
• Theft under $50.00
• Speeding 21-25 mph
• Speeding - School Zone 1-10 mph
• Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility
30-66 hours
2-3 teen court service
Class 4 • Drug Paraphenalia
• Assault
• Public Intoxication
• Minor in possession/consumption(Alcohol)
• Speeding over 25 mph
• Racing - Contest for Speed
• Speeding - School Zone 11 + mph
• Passing School Bus
• Leaving Scene of Accident
